Patricia Jane Reed, 66, of Grand Junction, passed away on October 12th, 2023.

She was born to the late Billy and Emily Pat McCammon, on August 7th, 1957, in Grand Junction, CO. She lived in Colorado, Alaska, and moved back to Colorado where she married David Reed in 1978, before moving to California and finally back to Colorado. Jane is survived by her husband, David; her children, daughter and son-in-law Staci and Garrett Pierce, and son Benjamin; her brother, Bill, and sister, Dorothy; her three grandchildren, Steven, Kennedy, and Emily; and many other friends and loved ones.

Jane was a talented accountant, spending most of her professional life serving in that role. She was an avid reader (her favorites being mystery novels) and had a deep love for crossword puzzles, Hallmark Christmas movies, and knitting. She loved spending time camping and going on day trips, particularly to Silverton. Many will remember her for the many years she spent volunteering at Downtown Vineyard Church. She had more friends than any of us will ever know and was a well-loved member of the community. She was deeply loved and will be missed terribly.

Her memorial service will be held on Monday, October 23rd, 2023 at 10 a.m. at Downtown Vineyard Church. All are welcome to attend. Instead of flowers, the family would request that donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
